Our History:
Landmark was established by Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder Steve Wearing in 1991. It was created to offer a complete building solution with the guarantee of quality at extremely competitive rates. Twelve years later, much has changed about Landmark but these two principles of quality of work and value for money continue to underpin the service offered by
the firm. Today Landmark is a thriving and fast growing company. It now employs a senior management team, an in-house workforce of more than twenty crafts and workmen providing the full spectrum of building services including carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers, plumbers, decorators and groundworkers and a select network of specialist contractors such as electricians and gas fitters.
